Valorie Wiggins studied philosophy at the Sorbonne in Paris, where she received a video production grant that paved her professional path. She earned a Master’s in TV and Film. Valorie has traveled internationally, producing and editing a medical education series, fashion and music videos, and several documentaries, working with such luminaries as Martin Scorsese, Tom Cruise, and Joni Mitchell.
She created and taught editing classes for the Sony Corporation, and co-produced an interactive training package that is used in hundreds of high school and college media programs. She wrote and edited the award winning Forrest Gump CD Rom, and several online/multimedia training programs. Other projects include segment editing a piece on cinema verite artist Mario Ruspoli for Argos Films, a publicity video for THQ Games, and various web pieces. Valorie has also worked with senior executives of the Walt Disney Studios, producing and editing communications, training, and publicity videos for Corporate, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, ABC Studios, and Consumer Products.
